At 6:42 you can see a hole at the bottom of the stairs, that leads to inside, allowing air for cooking and heating. Notice also the smoke on the walls outside and inside. It is easy to see a good reason to have nose and mouth shield when cooking, and these breads look so delicious. Thank you!
