Why You Can't Asian Squat (And the Benefits You're Missing)

I am 67 and going to work on this. I am able to squat where many younger than me can not, but I do not do it with feet flat on the floor, I am going to work on it now though, it helped that you said you once could not. Squatting is also a good position when going to the bathroom, and yes, I do it on the toilet seat, it helps prevent constipation and hemorrhoids.

Great video, and amazing painting. The woman looks just like a friend of mine, she would think it was a horror if her portrait had a fly painted on her.... but I think it is very funny. The symbolism in the forget-me-not flower stem, and also replicated on her clothing, is very ancient..... love to all!
