If there is one thing you can learn in your life it is to make shoes. Also, what wild plants are edible, how to purify water, how to build simple shelter, how to stay warm or cool. Many of our ancestors once knew these things, but the information didn't get passed down with our modern world technology. Love to us all!

What a marvelous story! Seeds that grew after 2000 years is amazing just that even. The tragic story she tells is horrible too. I am amazed at how fast those trees grew and they got to taste the fruit! Actually, I am also amazed how anyone grows anything there, because it looks so dry, I would like to learn that too! Love to these women, and I hope I get to taste one sometime!
