Oyster Mushrooms July 2020
Hello! I found some clusters of oyster mushrooms in a cluster of high tree stumps that were the remains of some elms that had died in my yard. I had them cut high because it was cheaper than having them cut to the ground. I never would have thought I would get such a delicious gift. It was moral mushrooms in the spring and now these oyster cluster mushrooms. So I cooked them with a little water, then added a little oil to crisp them, and then some butter and spices. So delicious. Thank you for watching.
