Thank you! That idea, of getting off your train, for me, takes some action on my part to do. I have to be willing to actively listen, even for a few minutes, otherwise it doesn't happen. I love this video. It is with everything. I mean, as an example, one time I was going to take a grandson somewhere, we were walking out to the car, there was a bird in the grass singing, I didn't pay any attention, because I was on my train about what I was going to do, he said, "The bird was talking to us." , and I said "yeah.." while continuing walking, then suddenly I heard what he said, and suddenly saw the bird, and what the bird was doing... and it changed my whole attitude. I think about that moment often, and try to stay in the NOW. I feel better when I do.
