Squeeze Your Ears and Add Years to Your Life! Dr. Mandell
I started doing this, and one of my ears was really painful when I did the squeezing part, which surprised me, so, I kept doing it until the pain was gone, and wow, I feel so much better, I am even breathing better!

NICU nurse shares why she opened her home to teen with triplets
OMG this made me cry! Such a loving woman! She adopted the young woman; how much love is that? Now being a nurse, the woman is also entitled to insurance, good insurance, dental and vision care through Katrina! Just one of the most loving stories I have ever heard!
