It is difficult to see much of the sky when in cities, because of the lights, which block it, if you go outside, you can see much more, but people have seen these in cities, and even reported being abducted in cities, some from apartment buildings. My problem is, who are the ones contacting the government, and the way things are, those must not be the good ones.... right? But, there are many different races of aliens, (The alien races book is one place to find some), and listen to what Paul Hellyer, ex-Defense Minister of Canada says in The Liberation, which is a video and book. River of Life

Late in the afternoon, as it is cooling off, the river is a great place to be. (One thing, the thumbnail came up for me to choose, and I picked the one with the clouds, because if you can look at it, it is quite amazing. I had to save it and was not paying attention during the video making. It looks as something is dropping from the cloud, which looks like two wings above that. I am amazed).
