Yikes! It's So Dry no Rain

I am walking by the Rock River which is so low. You can see some plants are drying out and some are still ok. Lots of different wildlife are here, very nice there's still some water. I took this video on 6/10/2023, and since then we have gotten some rain, but less than 1 inch, and the weather has been much cooler, with high UV index though.

The plants are dying here in Wisconsin, that means food, agriculture, rivers and streams drying up, ground is hard and dry.

This sounds like someone put some money in their own pockets! Someone needs to be taken to court, and didn't people have contracts? And, these people were actually loving to help others in their own space.

This mama was busy, so I didn't want to bother her. Snapping turtles have an intense bite and can take fingers off, plus they have strong legs and claws.
