For those of us that saw it as it was happening, it was a complete change in mental and emotional sensations. Suddenly everything we believed in seemed wrong and we felt so frightened and vulnerable. It changed everything Everyone remembers where they were that saw it these many years later. It was probably the same feeling when Pearl Harbor happened or many other times in history, I have thought that about times when anyone felt invaded and unsafe. Everything we learned later about this incident was just as horrifying and still is.

Oprah pledged millions for wildfire aid. How much has been distributed?
United Way raised $10,000,000 and has given out $50,000 is what they say here, only they said they gave half of it away, to 5000 people in payments of $1000.... hmmmm. Oprah and the Rocks idea sound good.... there is also Hawaii Real Estate channel that has been helping people, his channel is on here.
