Incorrect information: It is not a 20% deduction from their salary. Instead, 20% of these women's salaries go to those people. This is the standard commission for any consultancy, as they help students with accommodation, food, and IT skills training until they secure a job. Additionally, after securing a job, they handle administrative work, such as running their payroll and any official paperwork regarding immigration. There is nothing wrong with this arrangement. The real issue is that these people made a big mistake by putting 15 women in a 3BHK house, which might be normal for Indians but is a big deal for Americans
