Portland ‘overwhelmed’ with abandoned RVs

Rather than towing, why not get a crew together and fix these things up, so people can actually live in the ones that are in need of repair, with some escape from the weather, and then give them to those that are living in the abandoned ones? And, why not figure out a spot to have them park, and dump their sewage, or use composting toilets? And..... why not have a celebration at the place they are parked at with music and food for all, so everyone can get together and not be terrified of each other? Who knows, maybe some of those homeless people might have skills that others could use.....  isn't that what God loving people do for each other?
