Please, take the time, talk to others, get the paperwork, which can be gotten from a doctor for free, or printed out online, banks will witness the items for free, and get in writing what you want to have done, so your loved ones have guidance. Me, I do not want anything done! I have paperwork on it, and I am informing all of you, just in case.
