Homelessness Is Ruining San Diego, California

In 2008 is when things got really bad for a lot of people, to real-estate investors, it was a gold mine. The history of this, and how people didn't resign their contracts to continue with state and federal contracts to have their property used as low income because they could get more from others.... and so much more.... the history of why this is happening is horrible. Poor and homeless have always been around, it is that now there are more visible. We need to make communities, not be angry, but work on improving these situations so we work together to keep us strong and healthy. When a child scrapes their knees do we say their crying is ruining the quiet park atmosphere, or do we help them?
