Controversy at U.S.-Mexico border

It looks like the movies we watched when I was a kid about people trying to get to the free side of Germany with razor wire and dogs and soldiers.... to me. Do most people in USA know how awful it is in these people's countries, because most people would never leave their homeland if it was nice. It isn't nice it is horrible where they come from, that is why they risk their lives to get here. Do people in USA understand how many small towns in USA need people to keep going, and start businesses? Once they get jobs, they will be paying taxes and be helping our economy. Some cities are even giving free land if a person agrees to start building a home or start a business.... yes, right now!
