According to what I found; the EPA has been asking for information from the company that makes it for 10 years! Dimethyl tetrachloroterephthalate. It has quite an interesting history for anyone looking it up, can be found easily. It has been out since 1958, and was volentarily discontinued for some products, but not eliminated for all.
