Brazil faces unprecedented heatwave, poor neighborhoods suffer the most (Al Jazeera English channel)

On the side of my city where there are large parking lots, lots of stores with flat roofs, and wide roads, it is always hotter in the summer and colder in the winter then the other side with mature trees and more parks. It is so noticeable that I don't drive over there on really hot days! When I look at this city, it seems like they could cool it off more by better design of plants and buildings. But these are some beautiful people and what a lovely beach! The food is probably great there too! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2q9Dl9D_Rg
