Cookware That Makes Great Food You will Love What You Can Do

Hello. There are lots of pots and pans that can be bought at the stores and online, and a person can spend money, go home and cook, and have the food not turn out to good, or burn, or other problems, and then be discouraged to want to cook again. I like to use these pans that are on here and the food always turns out perfect. I recommend going to a thrift store, or rummage sale and buying them, to save money, rather than new. At least, that is what I have done. When it is still in good shape, someone has probably cooked lots of delicious things in it, and so it is already happy.
The blue speckled metal ones hold up to a lot of wear, and clean easily. If food is stuck on it, I simply soak it for a few hours, and then clean up is so fast with no scrubbing. One Hint to save plumbing is ALWAYS TAKE THE GREASE OUT OF THE PAN BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE SINK, either put it in the garbage or a special metal container, nothing plastic. I usually wait till after the pan is cooled and then the grease is thick and just use a spoon to dish it into something.
The blue ones are Enamel. You can get them online new if you feel better about that. The other ones I show are thick glass. The glass ones cook a little different than the metal with less chance of burning, but I like the way the tops fit on the Enamel ones for steaming of the food while it is in the oven, baking. BE CAREFUL OF STEAM when removing the lid.
If you want you can also cover them with aluminum foil, but I am not a fan of this product, although it does work.
Have fun, and make delicious, inexpensive, healthy food at home for yourself, friends and your family!
I am grateful for you and here at your service.
