Gravitas: China unveils electromagnetic weapon design

This made me burst out laughing, especially when you said cloaking devices..... because, they have been around for years. It becomes more and more apparent there is a game going on and the aliens are playing with the weapons factories..... or maybe they built them. I am amazed at how little fear this makes me feel..... because it is so far ahead of what I can do anything about to protect myself...
