Mystery in a Sacramento neighborhood: Neighbors describe hearing unexpla...

This whole phenomenon has been happening for years all around the world. There was talk about it being the tunnels underground where aliens and others live that are not good.... Some were saying it is a sound of the trumpets from the bible..... I don't have a clue what it is, but it is freaky that no one knows what it is..... or anyone that is talking to normal citizens.
