Mr. Glas is the ex-vice president of Ecuador who was convicted in December 2017. (Why) 3.The ex-vice president was convicted of receiving over 13 million USD of bribes. He fled to the Mexican Embassy (Mexico gave him political assylum) in an attempt to evade justice. You're welcome.
