This man tries to comfort displaced kids in Gaza by handing out snacks

In USA, we teach children not to talk to strangers in cars.... they get stolen.... and used and killed..... since I am from the USA, this creeps me out.... who is he and how does he have money and snacks when everyone else is hungry and broke? I am sorry if I am wrong.... but, it makes me sad what has happened to so many sweet, beautiful children! Love to us all!
