What's the whole story here? I can't believe that cop jumped on the car with a gun pointed at the driver and didn't expect some kind of panic reaction. I found out what happened and will include the link. The guy was wanted for forgery and feared for his life. The story is interesting and terrifying for both the driver and the cop.
