Abstract

A laser ignition device for controlled burning of forest logging slash has been developed and successfully tested. The device, which uses a kilowatt class carbon dioxide laser, operates at distances of 50 to 1500 meters. Acquisition and focus control are achieved by the use of a laser rangefinder and acquisition telescope. Additional uses for the device include back burning, selected undergrowth removal, safe ignition of oil spills, and deicing. A truck mounted version will be operational by fall 1987 and an airborne version by summer 1988.

Pennsylvania Governor signs bill to guarantee free school meals for kids

Children learn better when they are not hungry, children that learn better will be able to create a better world, not every one of them will, but some will. If we don't give them a chance, we create a world that will not be as good as it could be, it is simple. Then, we are to love each other, and what better way to love others than to make sure we all eat? This bill also helps farmers and gives more people jobs around serving the food and delivery of the food. It is great all around! The only thing bad I have seen is the food they give the kids sometimes is not very healthy, even when it meets basic nutritional standards. Something simple like fruit and oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast, and bigger meal for lunch that is cooked at the school could be better.

This is absurd, with all that dried grass, and the wind they were having, the grass should all be burnt, once the fire started in any of that grass.... The song fits perfectly, and I like that you have all their names too! Fantastic and thank you! I grew up back when these were on TV, and in these modern times I have to say there was definitely a lack of anyone who wasn't white in these clips. I always tried to be as thin as these women, but since have seen how cool it looks to have some more on women, not obese, but a little more curves and softness actually looks better. Some of these women look almost too skinny and boyish. I don't know if anyone remembers, but bras back then were like armor, not necessarily what women looked like really. I still enjoyed this video but see it with different eyes now.

Note to my concerned friend, I am putting it on here in case video gets removed: Hi dear! I have a long version of this, if you are interested, the link is in the description. The key is off to the right of the screen. There is no precipitation, but drought. What clouds may be there are not producing rain.

My focus on this is how far the radar is going out, how many different types of beams there are, how it just happens that the heat wave is up this high into the USA at the same time, and after the radar is doing this activity, and how radar can produce heat... that part is at the ending of the longer version.

My belief is that the radar is having an impact on the atmosphere, and also us. Over the years I have seen many interesting connections. There is a channel, Dutchsinse, who used to talk about these things many years ago, and there was a large group of people who were doing and sharing research. Dutchsinse however was getting harassed, and YouTube even shut down his channel back in 2009 or 13, I am not sure the date.

He now does a lot of earthquake work. I also had a different channel that was shut down by YouTube for something, but they would not tell me.... it was a emotional nightmare actually, and I was not very enthusiastic to do videos again. Once I retired, I vowed to make one video a day, just to see what would happen, but almost everything I do is not very political or controversial.

Once in a while I do though, such in this video, but I am still saying that I am not a meteorologist, and my videos are for entertainment purposes only.

Almost all the weather channels do not show the radar as it is shown on the one channel, but there used to be many, they changed the format, so the strength of the radar is almost invisible to the public, most people have no idea what is going on because it is not shown.... like lying by omission.

So..... that is what this video is all about, I made the short hoping some people might watch the longer version, where I show a lot more, but if you do choose to watch, and you get bored, be sure to watch the very ending where I show what the World Health Organization says about radar. Love you!

Dang that was fun when I went! The cool air when I was moving, the beat, the idea of you had to jump in and move so no one got hurt..... I think it actually helped me drive better on the highway in California, and other places.... (I have never thought of that, but it is the same idea, you look for a good spot, get in, keep up the speed, watch for what is going on around you, if someone falls go around safely, pay attention while all sorts of distractions going on around you!) Yup, it definitely helped with that. I had a special outfit I wore when I got a little older, like 16, and I felt so powerful! I want to do it again right now, and I am 69. I would wonder if it really were Ai and if it was a person at a desk somewhere, and what they could find out about me and are they watching me through my camera and all sorts of things. Also, conversations without the facial expressions and body language can be very intimate, which is why some people fall in love with letters, and texts, or the opposite where they can get angry or other emotions.... usually, the computer conversations move away from emotional things I have asked just out of curiosity, so this is surprising and weird. I wonder what it tells kids, about their friends, teachers, family and themselves. So weird.

The funny thing to me is if I grew up with no negative thoughts or beliefs of these things, I would simply take it as part of life, just like when I see a new plant or animal or meet new people. It would not be any traumatic event; it would be normal. I still do get surprised at the beauty and awesomeness of life of any kind, but not instant terror.
