The smallest one bedroom in New York City!!! Great location, Little Ital...

I think it is perfect, because it looks so modern, and clean. I would not pay that much though because I could not afford it..... and I would feel so foolish. I have a 5 bedroom house in the Midwest, with a yard and 2 bathrooms for about 1/4 of that as house payment monthly!
