Some 40 years ago when I watched this show, I would always get mad at Archie, because I thought he was a jerk, my mom would try to tell me it is just a tv show... hahahaha, now that i am in my 60s, I hear him saying the same thing that many people say now.... and he is right, plus they gave him a sweetheart which shows through in some of the episodes, so I really like him a lot, funny how time and growing up can change a person's perspectives on things.
