It was failed brakes. No one died but 11 injured and 1 critically! That would have been so frightening for everyone including the driver. That guy running across the street at 1:40! Man, the vehicle that flew up in the air! I don't know what I would have done if I was the driver, easy to think of solutions while watching, but not the same as when driving! It is like anywhere he/she could have gone there would be risks of killing others! I hope this never happens to anyone ever again! Just think how much we are all being watched, look at how many cameras got this!
