Chile is facing a homelessness crisis like never before

This is interesting to me because I always thought of Chili as a poor country, so I was naive. I hope all people have enough food, clean water and a safe place to live. USA is really bad with homeless and has passed a law that cities may arrest people for sleeping on the streets! That is awful, I think! Where do you go if you don't have money?
